Q: Is my business data with you secure?
A: All data received from clients are protected and retained only if necessary. All of our computers are strong-password protected and remain stand-alone (off public access network). All hard copy records are only accessible to authorized persons. The accountants and bookkeepers, we work with on an as-needed basis, have computer security training and must follow security policies.
Q: Can you train our staff if and when needed?
A: Yes. We do assist in training clients staff in the usage of Quick Books. The training is done either on-site or on-line.
Q: With you in charge of our bookkeeping needs, would we still need a bookkeeper on staff?
A: We are capable of taking over your complete accounting and bookkeeping needs. We will, however, adapt to what works best for your business.
Q: Are your services scalable?
A: Yes. We tailor our services to the need of our clients. We do not try to sell to them what they do not need. We adapt to our clients' ability to save money on what they can do for themselves while assuring they do it correctly.
Q: What would it cost to hire you?
A: The cost of our services depends on the need of our client. After expressing your interest in doing business with us, we would use the information we have gathered, to providing a fair and affordable cost estimate.
Q: How do we get the data you need into your hands?
A: After all negotiations have been concluded and agreed to do business with each other, your data can be picked up at your designated location, mailed, faxed or securely transferred to us. We go with what best works for you while not compromising the data gathering integrity.
Q: Would you sign a non-disclosure agreement with us?
A: Yes. We can sign non-disclosure agreement with a client and always require it from our staff and associates.
Q: Would there be a written agreement between you and us?
A: Yes, a mutually agreeable service agreement would be drawn, negotiated and signed by both parties. The client may terminate the service agreement at any time without cause and without further obligation to us except for payment due for services prior to date of such termination.
Q: How do I pay you?
A: You can pay us with debit card, credit card, by check or by a bank transfer.
